12- week Senior Fitness Program

Participation in the Elite Medicare Specialists fitness program is voluntary. Consult your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program or making changes to your lifestyle or health care routine.  Membership in Silversneakers is not mandatory to participate in the Elite Medicare Specialists fitness program though encouraged. Hold harmless waiver forms are required to participate.
