We find that there is a void in our communities, creating an unreasonable level of misunderstanding and frustration in the Senior Healthcare Market. Our mission is to fill this need with well trained, quality agents licensed to educate the public on these matters.

We provide newly licensed agents with the resources they need to grow their Medicare business. Contracted agents are assigned a mentor and will attend training classes facilitated by our insurance affiliates. In addition, agents will receive one on one, in the field training with their assigned mentor. This relationship will sure up understanding of the sales process and compliance requirements covered during classroom training.

Headquartered in Central Virginia, we serve our community partners and agents throughout the Mid- Atlantic regional handling North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Our primary focus is in the Medicare arena. However, our agents also carry licenses in life and annuity enabling them to assist clients with long term care planning, retirement income, disability and other products as needed.

EMS Mentor- One of our team leads will be with you every step of the way. Your mentor will help you set up pre-licensing class, answer questions you have about product training, walk you through vendor assignments, go out on appointments with you for training and provide feedback to success.

Strategy Management- Your mentor will assist you in the involves the formulation and implementation of your major business goals and initiatives. Both your career objective and market trends will be taken into consideration when help you determine and implement these goals.
